How to Import Your REVIEWS CSV into WooCommerce
  1. Install an importer (e.g., WebToffee Product Reviews Import Export).
  2. Go to WooCommerce → Product Reviews Import (or the plugin’s Import screen).
  3. Choose the CSV generated here and upload it.
  4. Field Mapping (left = WooCommerce field → right = CSV column):
    • comment_post_ID ← comment_post_ID (Product ID)
    • comment_author ← comment_author
    • comment_author_email ← comment_author_email
    • comment_author_url ← comment_author_url (optional)
    • comment_author_IP ← comment_author_IP (optional)
    • comment_date ← comment_date
    • comment_date_gmt ← comment_date_gmt
    • comment_content ← comment_content
    • comment_approved ← comment_approved (set 1 to auto-approve)
    • comment_parent ← comment_parent (usually 0)
    • user_id ← user_id (usually 0)
    • rating ← rating (1–5)
    • verified ← verified (yes/no)
    • review_title ← review_title
    • comment_type ← comment_type (review)
    • Meta → add: review_aspect ← review_aspect (optional)
  5. Test with 2–3 rows → verify on product pages → import all. Clear caches if needed.
